Cancellation Policy
Due to the increasing demand for our services and these unprecedented times, we have had to institute a cancellation fee for missed appointments. Each missed appointment means we lost an opportunity to provide care to another pet in need.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please notify us at 626-667-7575 at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment at the scheduled time, or are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If we did not get prior notification, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. If you No-Show or cancel same day more than twice, a non-refundable exam fee will be charged prior to accepting the next booking. That fee will be applied towards that exam, or to cover the cost of another missed appointment.

Non-Refundable Surgery Deposit
If you are booking a surgery or any procedure that requires anesthesia, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit at the time of booking. Due to the increased blocks of time these procedures require, our capacity to see other clients is greatly reduced. On the day of your procedure, that deposit will be posted to your account towards the invoice total. If you need to reschedule or cancel your surgical appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to give us time to offer that availability to other clients. If you reschedule prior to 48 hours, your deposit will still be available on your account. If you cancel less than 48 hours from the surgical appointment, or miss the appointment, you forfeit that deposit, as it is non-refundable.
